From next week will begin a campaign of bookcrossing works Omar Cats, which eventually will be part of the wonderful world of BookCrossing! But what is
bookcrossing?
Wikipedia describes it as follows: The
BookCrossing also known as BC, giralibri, liberalibri, free Books, Books in freedom, is the practice of a number of collaborative initiatives, voluntary, and completely free, some of which are also organized in the world, linking the passion for reading and books with a passion for sharing resources and knowledge. The basic idea is to release books into the natural environment including urban, or "Into the Wild", or wherever a person prefers, so that they can be found and then read by other people.
In simple words, starting from Friday, 1 October 2010, all the novels and short stories by Omar Cats are registered with the site bookcrossing.com and gradually "forgotten" in public places, where you can retrieve them. Anyone interested must simply follow this site or go to the BookCrossing site to see where the books will be left, or follow the path to follow so that they can later retrieve. The system is simple: anyone can easily retrieve a book, read it, keep what he wants and then "lose it" in any place (bar, gas stations, benches, parks, meeting places), also warning users about the place and time chosen!
To make them recognizable, the books bear a label that identifies them as a free book, with attached code BDID to follow their path.
